Salem Business Development Managers:

  • Generate new business through in-person and telephone cold calling and by scheduling and conducting client visits.
  • Call on, and present to C-Level executives and decision-makers.
  • Act as a true consultant to leading organizations regarding their staff augmentation programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with leading businesses to continually grow our client base.


  • 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in selling to and managing medium and large-sized accounts.
  • A demonstrated understanding of consultative selling.
  • Evidence of the ability to prospect, qualify and open new accounts.
  • Assertive and fearless when making cold calls and interacting with executive-level leaders.
  • Tenacious and money-motivated.
  • No need for approval; no call reluctance
