Staffing Specialist / Talent Agent

Love to Haves:
- 2+ years’ experience in staffing, human resources, office management, hospitality, or related field
- The ability to manage and set multiple priorities while working under a deadline — and have fun doing it!
- Aptitude for maximizing relationships with our assignment employees and clients
- Sense of urgency, persistence, and a take-charge, positive attitude are a must.
Compensation
- Competitive $50,000 - $65,000 Base Salary
- Participation in our Office Bonus Program — you can earn an additional 10% of your wages!

This position will be based out of our Western Suburban Staffing Center in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.
